I added information about typical bands to that genre, I did this as it creates a more authentic feel to the magazine genre as a whole.
I also used reds to make the words stand out against the black.
I feel as though my images I have chosen are up to a good standard. I feel like they fit into my genre of my music magazine very well. My largest main image works very well with the colour scheme of the text. I also feel the others are bright and positioned well on the page.

This is my contents page of my music magazine. I continued with my chosen colour scheme of black and white but added purple, to give variety within my work. I also stuck with the same fonts as I did on my front cover. I also kept with a black background so my magazine flows better and looks more like a conventional magazine that is already out there in the real media industry.
I added my own twist on a contents page by adding sections as apposed to one big list. It makes the magazine much more interesting and adding my own ideas to what I feel as though a music magazine could really be like.
I think my images I have taken to go on my contents page are of a high quality and represent the genre I have chosen well.
This is my final draw up of my double page spread. I feel as though this page went very well.
I stuck to my conventional colours but added some brighter colours to draw the audience's attention towards the page.
I again used more of my own images, I feel they connect with the page very well as they are bright and stand out but are still appropriate to the genre being used.
I used a plan font yet which is still visable and easy to read.
I really feel as though my double page spread has been successful and is finished up to a good quality.
